Orders & Processing
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each item is handmade with care. Processing times can vary. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, I’ve likely started crafting your piece and cannot guarantee changes.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, Minty Leaf Studio ships within the U.S. only. I’m working to be able to ship internationally!
Q: What if my package is lost in shipping?
A: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, you will receive a full refund or replacement. If a return package is lost after photo approval but before reaching us, a 50% partial refund will be issued.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Don't hesitate to get in touch with me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item in its original condition. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship it back.
Q: Can I get a refund if I wore or used the item?
A: No. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition. If an item is returned damaged or altered, no refund will be given.
Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Yes. Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned.
Custom Orders & Gifts
Q: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
A: Yes! Please contact me directly with your request, and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A: Absolutely. Just add the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Gift wrapping may be available — please check product options or contact me.
