Order & Return Policy
At Minty Leaf Studio, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your order, so we’ve outlined our return process and conditions below.
Order Processing & Shipping
All items are handmade; please allow the stated processing time before your order ships.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier service and location.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item from multiple angles in its original condition.
We will review the photos and confirm whether the item qualifies for return before you ship it back.
If your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition and with original packaging when applicable.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, and free of damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
If the returned item arrives damaged, altered, or in a condition inconsistent with the photos provided during your return request, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Examples of disqualifying damage include (but are not limited to) broken or missing parts, scratches, tears, dents, discoloration, or signs of wear inconsistent with normal shipping.
Refunds for Items Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging (inside and outside)
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
Refunds for Items Lost in Shipping
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier before reaching you, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
If a return package is lost after photos have been approved but before it reaches us, a partial refund will be issued equal to 50% of the item’s purchase price (shipping is non-refundable). This is to cover material and labor costs, as the item cannot be restocked or resold.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected (unless otherwise covered above).
If the item is found to be damaged or altered after arrival, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
